Carden Park, Nr Malpas

Swing into Carden Park this Easter where the 'Event Station' team are putting on a series of Easter themed activities that are open to non-residents. Test your nerve on the Chocolate Ropes and Mega Zip and finish with the 250 metre 'Splat' zip line to land an egg in the nest. Brave bunnies can try out the 'Cheep of Faith,' or the Easter Trail fit for the whole family! New for the Easter weekend are Falconry displays, and the 'Hawk Walk' experience. Also on offer: crazy golf, mountain biking, aerial rope courses, a large children's playground and giant outdoors games, a games room and relaxing lounge with Wii consoles and refreshments for those who need a 'time-out' from activities.

Tatton Park, Knutsford

It's a truly magical Tremendous Adventure this half term at Tatton Park. The year long Magic of Roald Dahl's Tremendous Adventures starts on Good Friday when you're invited to go on the most incredible journeys with Danny the Champion of the World, Matilda and Fantastic Mr Fox Children (ages 15 and under). There are Golden Tickets up for grabs to win your own super scrummy tummy-tickling choccie bar and other superlicious surprise! Top off the day with lambing, spellbinding magic shows, captivating puppet theatre plus a Stableyard full of chocolatey treats to eat and buy!

Cheshire Oaks Desginer Outlet 

Easter Animal Trail! Join in the fun with our Spring Animal Trail -it's free to take part and you get an all you have to do is pick up an entry form from the Visitor Information Centre. You can then set off to find the animals hiding in selected store windows to win a Cadbury's chocolate bunny.  Fill in the activity booklet to win more exciting prizes! There's also an adventure playground, the mini 'Ice Cream Farm' and lots of children ride plus family friendly restaurants!

Delamere Forest, Delamere

Our forests are host to a range of fantastic adventures this Easter. Bring out your inner tarzan with Go Ape's original tree top experience or go off-road with Forest Segways, and for the little ones there's the Go ApeTree Top Junior for under 10's. You an also follow the Stick Man trail - a fun way to explore the forest by using the clues to help get Stick Man back to his family tree! If you're feeling energetic - how about the Easter Bunny Dash 5km Fun Run on Sunday 27th March - a 5km fit for all the family to enjoy; dress up in fancy dress and get a chocolate egg and a medal at the end! Or just take a walk or cycle around one of the many trials through the acres of beautiful forest and see if you can spot the real bunnies!

Beeston Castle, Beeston

This Easter, let loose the brave adventurer in you with the Beeston Castle Easter Adventure Quest! You'll meet a character from the past with stories of times gone by who will be happy to help you on your quest as you explore Beeston and crack the clues. Rise to the challenge and win your chocolate reward. It's time to get hands-on with history.

Blakemere Village, Northwich

Celebrate this Easter with the Blakemere Bunny trail and a host of other fun Easter activities! Take your little bunnies on a fun trail to win a chocolate surprise, meet the cute Easter chicks and fluffy bunnies, face painting, make your own Easter cards, paint eggs and egg cups, decorate bird houses and make Easter badges! You can also get your skates on at the ice skating rink!

Chester Food Drink and Lifestyle Festival, Chester Racecourse

This Easter, Chester Racecourse is once again gearing up for the Chester Food, Drink & Lifestyle Festival - now the biggest event of its type anywhere in the UK! It will feature another incredible line-up of Chefs and food celebrities, headlined on each day by Simon Rimmer, with Master Chef's Gregg Wallace returning for a second year and a host of local chefs all cooking up fabulous local dishes. See the final of the Sous Chef Challenge, get the kids cooking with the free Academy of Culinary Arts Cooking Classes, browse the ArtFest marquee and camp at Camperfest! There's so much to see and do - it's a full day out for the whole family!

Cholmondeley Castle, Malpas

By popular demand the Family Easter Egg Hunt returns in the stunning Castle gardens. Let the children run free in the gardens hunting for the hidden bunnies to win an Easter Treat. Cheshire Wildlife Trust will also be in attendance, with lots of things for the children to see and do! Enjoy the extensive grounds, childrens play areas, tea room and farm animals during your day - there are lots of things to keep the family occupied. Dogs welcome on leads.

Knutsford Bunny Hop, Knutsford

Hop into action on Easter Saturday with the Knutsford Easter Bunny Hop - now in its third year! Once again Knutsford's businesses will be opening their doors and the streets will be full of Easter bunnies and other fun activities. More than 2000 entry forms have been placed in Knutsford children's school bags, with more placed around participating shops. Follow the Bunny Hop trail around the town and collect all the bunny names for a prize! Many shops are offering Easter promotions and will have special Easter treats for the children, so keep an eye out for the 'Bunny Hop Friendly' posters in the windows of participating shops.

Ness Gardens, Ness, Wirral

Join the happy Easter chicks on the 'The Chicken and the Egg Trail' through Ness Gardens this Easter. Discover what the mischevious new chickens have been up to and locate some giant chicken eggs and yolks...or do we mean jokes!? There are also free activities for the children on Saturday where they can make a duster chick or rabbit decoration with a secret pocket. Fun for all ages and gorgeous walks through the gardens - and why not try the coffee shop too!
